Return Period - Customer can easily book the return within 7 days after delivery.

Pincode Unavailable - In case AS STORE is not able to arrange the pickup from a particular pincode, we request you to kindly self ship the return at the below mentioned address.

- We are liable to compensate for the return charges beared by the customer upto Rs.100.

- We request you to send a copy of the receipt/charges incurred by the customer at support@broncopolos.com to claim the compensation.

Refund Method - Refund amount can be transferred to customer's Wallet/Coupons/Direct Bank Account/Google Pay/PhonePay/PayTM.

Refund Timings - Refunds will be transferred within 3-4 working days once we receive the shipment at As Store warehouse.

Note - In case of Return & Exchange, the orders which were initially placed by using any kind of discount coupon code will be refunded in As Store wallet only. However, orders which are placed without using any discount code can be refunded in original source if requested by the customer.
